My thoughts for the panels on the sides and roofs of the house was to display them as if they are solar panels generating power. The lights indicate that everything is functioning and charged.

I took some elements from the futuristic diner to try to tie the house in with it and create that mixture of high-end and sci-fi.

The Estate: Villa Part II

An extended work on my futuristic diner project/Villa project. My thought for this was to make a small environment which feels futuristic but surrounded by nature. This is part 2 of this project as I do plan on adding more to this. A lot of the exterior elements such as foliage, rocks, and a few small props were assets from Quixel to quickly populate. Every building structure and furniture has been developed by me. The 3rd part and the last will be populating the environments exterior and interior. I plan on creating a series of futuristic signage but trying to mix in the theme of high end and sci-fi I have going on here. Then clean up some geometries and smooth some areas out and refining.
